[BlueOnyx:05046] Add Site or User --> UNKNOWN ERROR DURING CREATE

Hello,

I have today a problem by adding a User, in the WebUI I recive a the Message:
UNKNOWN ERROR DURING CREATE...

I have found this Topic: http://www.blueonyx.it/pipermail/blueonyx/2009-October/002749.html but it doesn´t help...

I already became the same error by adding a vsite.

the message log put out:
