[BlueOnyx:03725] webmail adding localhost instead of virtual domain to email address

When a user logs into webmail now and sends a message (squirrelmail) 
instead of an address like
someuser at nomealaska.org it gives a "from" address of someuser at localhost.

I've been trying to find out what went wrong but thought a quick message 
here might help quicker.
