I am having the same problem.

I did 

yum clean all
yum update
etc/init.d/cced.init restart
Reboot

But I still can't set Save and changes on the Spam AV server admin GUI.  I tried changing 

Enable Spam AV
Scan Outgoing Mail
Required Hits

No changes would save.
