Yeah it looks like your var partition is 3.9GB (same as on my BX config 
btw) and it is full.

To see where it is as root try
cd /var
du -sh *

it will list all the files and dirs at the top level of var you can dig 
around and find the dir with all the archived logs in it or a large file 
that should not have been left there.

Our BX server has only been up a month or so and has 788MB of the 3.9G 
used btw.

You need to do something since the os still has a little space but not 
much to use on var and bad things can happen when var gets full.
