[BlueOnyx:04130] Synchronize 'block email from'

Hi,

In the menu path Server Management/Network Services/Email
there are two fields:
Block Email from Hosts/Domain
Block Email from Users

Is it possible to create a script that copies the values in these two 
fields to another server? I would like to schedule such a script using 
cron.
