Hi Gerald,

Yeah, I'm here. Took a break over the weekend. Earlier today when I sorted you 
out I didn't realized that my mailbox used for the list here was stuck. Hence 
I didn't see any new list messages that arrived over the weekend either.

Got a few things to catch up with (Colin is keeping me busy, too!), but 
Gerald: I'll get back with you ASAP as well.
