Dear again.

My previous message was not correct..

Timestamps of  proftpd always show GMT,  with both  admin and 
non-admin-users.
It  happens on any Time Zone Area.
I tested it with  USA,  German,  and China  for examples.
My environments are all  latest  BO.

Is  Michael Stauber checking  it ?
