[BlueOnyx:04384] Unable to use Administrative GUI

My web browser hangs when accessing the administrative GUI.

I tried restarting via ssh and got:

Is there a fix? Otherwise the server is running great. 98 is the last number
in the IP address.

Tried restarting httpd and cced.init.
