Im still having this problem on all servers
Has anybody else have thi sproblem or find a solution ?
I cant see is it is on every email but it is close

Ignore it. Or run "sa-update" manually. The problem is probably caused by a 
rule downloaded by "sa-update" and updating the rules probably fixes it
again. 
Also: I think this is only a sporadic problem and doesn't happen every time
a 
message is checked, right?
