No, but that can happen if the 2nd stage installer no longer recognizes the 
CD-ROM. Or if there is more than one CD-ROM, it may get confused about which 
one has the install CD. If you have more than one CD-ROM, try to move the CD 
to the other one, or disconnect all but one CD-ROM.
