[BlueOnyx:04634] No gui for raq550

I can use putty.exe and see everything but when I try to logon with a web
browser nothing is found.  I have set up an IP on the Raq550 then plug it
into the network looking for the gui interface but nothing shows up.  Any
ideas?  Can I change some settings  via putty?
