[BlueOnyx:04643] Squirrel Mail Outbound Address wrong

Squirrel Mail continues to place the hosting server's domain on EVERY outgoing email message through the web mail interface, regardless of the domain.  If I use a local email client (t-bird) to send messages, the outgoing sender's address is reported properly in the message. 

We have verified domain NS settings, BO/domain email settings, but clearly, something is wrong, or we have missed something.  Any help would be appreciated.
