Crazy, sendmail giving these errors

 forward /home/.sites/143/site2/.users/60/nanceer/.forward.ns1: Group
writable directory

and

forward /home/.sites/143/site2/.users/60/nanceer/.forward: Group
writable directory

This user has no .forward and certainly not a .forward.ns1
the serer hostname is ns1.

ideas please.
