[BlueOnyx:04687] dfix 1.8 Update

A new version of DFIX is now available.

 From time to time, you might see messages complaining saying "Unable to 
block non IP target". This situation only happens on the rare occasion 
where a non-ip address is found in one of the rules.

The new version will filter these messages, unless your debug log level 
is set to "2".  (verbose).

Existing users should receive a notificaion about this update directly 
from your server. If you do not receive a notification, or you are a new
