I cant help you
I have no idee what ths script is called that activate the e-mails
I also have no idee is my servers is sending the email only to me or also to
the costumer

Thanks for your reply Steffan,

Yes, that is all activated, but I am more talking about the settings
under Usage Information | Disk | Notification Settings (all ticked).
I suspect that "Email User" checkbox doesn't do anything.
