[BlueOnyx:05925] off topic - power supply for MSI server

  Sorry about off topic but lots of good help here so I can't resist.

I need a new power supply for a MSI P1-105A2 server. Looking online at 
various suppliers, the power supplies don't look similar. What I have is 
an EMACS P1A-6301P  284watt. I've found some matching the part number 
but they don't have the ground wire and two other wires (black and 
white) that come out of the fan/plug end of the power supply. Not sure 
those are necessary but be nice to find a match, or, are these extra 
wires necessary to run these kinds of servers?
