[BlueOnyx:05946] Open base dir

I am running a CMS application that gives me the following error:

2 - file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in
effect. File(/usr/bin/unzip) is not within the allowed path(s):
(/tmp/:/var/lib/php/session/:/home/sites:/home/.sites/88/site70/) @
/home/.sites/88/site70/vhosts/dev/admin/plugins/mediagallery/cfgedit.php
line 384

On another site, I get almost the same error:

If I check out the PHP settings, I have the following for the site:

/tmp/:/var/lib/php/session/:/home/sites:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/b
in:/home/.sites/58/site34/

Any ideas on what I can do here?
