Hi,

assuming the site you configured on BO is

www.(random text).co.uk

Make sure you have the following web alias name too.

(random text).co.uk

All the sites i have configured work that way.
I just point the wildcard DNS to the server and any combination of 
hostname/domain works

...unless im really missing something here, in which case please ignore 
me :o)
