No it does not. Tried that with several sites but no luck.

 I tried several things so far:

Restarting Apache
Reboot (many times)
Disabling and enabling PHP for sites.
Checking config files of vsites

So far no luck.

So any help is much appreciated. If anyone wants a shot at it i can provide
access to my server.
