The Solarspeed PHP has it's own Pear command as it's installed in a separate 
directory to avoid conflicts with the onboard PHP-5.1.6. You can find the 
PHP-5.3.3 Pear command here:

/home/solarspeed/php/bin/pear

You'll have to use that one instead.
