Yeah, you can disregard that error message. It's one of the small glitches 
that popped up during or after we changed the projects server structure 
around.

The MySQL related error was caused by the mirror.php script, which generates 
the list of mirror servers so that your YUM can pick one that's responding the 
fastest.

I emptied the main yum repository on www.blueonyx.it/pub/ out entirely and 
there is only one RPM in it: An updated blueonyx-yumconf RPM. Once that's 
installed, the new main YUM repository all BlueOnyx servers point to is 
updates.blueonyx.it, which now contains everything.
