[BlueOnyx:08048] .htaccess

Quick question for the group.

In the /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf do I need to set AllowOverride ALL which 
is currently set to NONE so that the .htaccess 
in  /home/sites/www.domain.com/.dir will work??
