It's not the drive type.
IBM and DELL servers I have trouble with use hardware raid, which I turn
off, but the controller still conrtols the 'hot swap' hard drives.
IBM uses and adaptec controller
Dell uses LSI controller.
It's just odd that SL-6.1, CentOS-5.5, CentOS-5.6 work OK
but with BlueOnyx added they don't work.
