[BlueOnyx:08217] DNS settings for MX records only allow Very Low

Since the recent batch of updated, adding an MX record for a domain no longer gives the 'Very High', 'High', 'Low' and 'Very Low' options... only 'Very Low (50)' is available to select from the dropdown box four times.

Has anyone else seen this problem and is there a simply way to get it fixed?
