Or for the EasyWay(TM) pop in your blacklists at Network Services > 
Email > Blacklist Services.

Ken's recommendation of RBLs is pretty reliable.  I find the following 
to take care of most of the bulk without much risk of falsing.
bl.spamcop.net
zen.spamhaus.org
cbl.abuseat.org

In addition, if you're so inclined you can sign up for Barracuda's list 
which is free, but you need to register your IP:
