When I creates a subdomain on my server for an existing client, the
directory was created, but no DNS gets built.  I have sub-domains enabled
along with auto DNS, so how can I empower the site admin to create new
subdomains and have the DNS created automatically?  I would hate to have to
add every subdomain to DNS myself as a server admin.

Under Server Administration -> DNS -> Add Record how does "Subdomain
delegation" play into this?
