[BlueOnyx:06396] Multiple databases for user

It seems I'm full of questions tonight...

In the past on BQ boxes we gave customers a login to phpMyAdmin and they
could manage their databases.   Now that phpMyAdmin is tucked into the
BX GUI, how can we have them create additional databases?

Some customers prefer to use multiple DBs rather than a single DB with
specially named tables.   Seems like a semi-reasonable request...  ;)
