[BlueOnyx:07573] Monitoring mail

We have a client running a BX box for their mail and users using IMAP with Outlook and OWM.
As part of their compliance requirements they need to have ALL mail from user mailboxes (received and sent mail) copied to a management mailbox.

Example:

3 users in a department (John, Sue and Bob) dealing with customers.
All mail received and sent by John and Sue to also be copied to Bob.

The inbound mail is simple (.forward) but not sure how to deal with sent mail.

Anybody able to help?
