[BlueOnyx:07672] Capturing stats

Apologies if this has already been covered in a previous thread - I don't
remember exactly this question before, though, so here goes. :)

I have a site on my server that I prefer to have accessed without the "www."
prefix, primarily to keep it as short as possible. To that end, and since
the BlueOnyx UI requires a hostname in site creation, I created (let's say)
www.tiny.com and then went to the httpd include and manually updated that to
force everything to redirect to http://tiny.com when accessed with www or
anything else I may have aliased to it.

So, this creates a couple issues for me. The first one, but one that I can
live with, is that any time I might have to rewrite the include file then I
have to go make my updates again. Not a big deal, and perhaps I'd be doing
that anyway due to some of the changes I've read about in the redirect vs.
alias logic.

The second issue, and the one I'd really like to correct, is that I don't
get any stats tracked for this site. I would assume that is because
webalizer is collecting info based on accesses of www.tiny.com while I've
sent all traffic through tiny.com instead. Is there some file or DB entry I
could adjust to "trick" the stats processing into picking up tiny.com stats
for my perusal?

Thanks!
James
