#> rpm -q perl-DB-File
package perl-DB-File is not installed

The thing here is that "perl-DB-File" is usually not installed on a BlueOnyx. 
If it didn't come aboard via a 3rd party YUM repository (doesn't look that 
way), then it probably came aboard via a PKG.

Please run this two commands as root and report back the results.

rpm -q --info perl-DB-File

rpm -q --whatrequires perl-DB-File

That may shed some light on where that RPM came from and which software needs 
it. Once we have established that, then the next step would be to resolve the 
conflict by removing the conflicting RPM(s).
