Ok, that's weird then.

Please see what the file "/etc/sysconfig/i18n" contains. It should have the 
following three lines it:

LANG=en_US
LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8
LINGUAS="en_US ja de_DE da_DK"

If the "LC_ALL" line is really blank (or missing), then please edit the file 
to show the three lines you see above. Then reboot and it should be fixed.
