Ok, so that's from a Nuonce PKG, which wasn't designed for 5106R. So that RPM 
you have installed now is actually for CentOS4 and hence creates these 
conflicts on CentOS5.

> rpm -q --whatrequires perl-DB-File
> no package requires perl-DB-File

Good. To resolve the conflict simply run this command as "root":

rpm -e perl-DB-File

That removes perl-DB-File and will then allow you to run "yum update" again 
without running into conflicts.
