[BlueOnyx:07776] BX install errors

Hey all,

This time I'm installing BX onto a desktop running CentOS, I'm using the
6/17/2011 tarball.

For some reason it is not creating the user directory in sausalito that
holds addAdmin.pl. The install.sh fails trying to create admin and no
admserv is running.

The error in my mail is "Can't locale CCE.PM in @INC", then it lists
everything in @INC.

Any thoughts?
