[BlueOnyx:07512] PHP 5.2.4 or higher to run Joomla 1.6

Hello all,


I have a client who wants to run the latest and greatest joomla 1.6

however I get "Your host needs to use PHP 5.2.4 or higher to run 
Joomla 1.6" when I try to install



phpinfo.php tells me I have php version 5.1.6 on my newer BX machine 
and 5.2.3 on my older BX box.

(I bought the 5.2.3 package from solarspeed for my older box.)


How are you folks dealing with this?

I see solarspeed has a 5.3.6 package.

What is stock on a bx box these days?
