[BlueOnyx:07560] Problems with aliases.majordomo

Hey list!

When creating a new site the fqdn gets prepended to each line of the
aliases.majordomo file.
The first lines of aliases.majordomo will look like this:

www.newdomain.tld#    >>>>>>>>>>    The program "newaliases" must be run
after
www.newdomain.tld#    >> NOTE >>    this file is updated for any changes to
www.newdomain.tld#    >>>>>>>>>>    show through to sendmail.
www.newdomain.tld#
www.newdomain.tldmajordomo:    "|/usr/local/majordomo/wrapper majordomo"
www.newdomain.tldowner-
majordomo:    admin
www.newdomain.tldmajordomo-owner:    owner-majordomo
www.newdomain.tldsite1-majordomo:    "|/usr/local/majordomo/wrapper
majordomo -C /usr/local/majordomo/sites/site1/majordomo.cf"
www.newdomain.tldsite1-majordomo-owner:    admin
...

As a consequence, all email delivered to mailing lists are bounced with a
"user unknown" error.
This makes for a lot of unnecessary manual labor, so any advice is much
appreciated.

We have not added any new sites since the updates published on Jun 16 so it
could possibly be related?
Neither are we trying to replace Majordomo with Mailman.
