[BlueOnyx:07306] Auto Responder Message with Japanase

Dear

We cannot use Auto Responder with Japanese on BlueOnyx.
But we can do it on BlueQuartz. 

On BlueOnyx,
the msg is broken at receiver,  because the msg must be native EUC-JP.

On BlueQuartz 
I think the msg was convert to JIS or UTF8.

Why doesn't BlueOnyx same action ?
