[BlueOnyx:09152] Mailman not sending mail

Hi All,

We're having difficulty with our mailman install. We have clients 
complaining that their lists aren't sending messages. We setup a test 
list with some example emails and have tried sending test messages but 
have not received any of them. Also the messages don't show up in the 
mailing list's archives.

The final line we get in our maillogs is:

Nov 30 13:44:45 hera sendmail[17858]: pAUIigpu017850: 
to="|/usr/lib/mailman/mail/mailman post 676-test-list", 
ctladdr=<676-test-list at www.example.org> (8/0), delay=00:00:01,
