[BlueOnyx:08743] 5106R MX record oddity

I was helping a customer with his DNS records today and found something 
odd.   When adding or modifying any MX record, I was not able to select 
the normal priority preferences.  Instead, the entire drop-down was 
populated with "Very Low (50)".

Could this just be something in the language file, or is there something 
deeper at work do you think?
