And are you looking to use SFTP to go out, as a client, or are you planning
on running SFTP, as a server, to login and upload? (You're not being clear
on how you're using SFTP.)
To use SFTP as a client, you need /usr/bin/sftp, which /usr/bin should
already be in your path. Anyhow, the below display is from my system,
5108R.
~$ locate sftp
/usr/bin/sftp
/usr/lib64/gnome-vfs-2.0/modules/libsftp.so
/usr/libexec/openssh/sftp-server
/usr/share/augeas/lenses/dist/vsftpd.aug
/usr/share/augeas/lenses/dist/tests/test_vsftpd.aug
/usr/share/doc/avahi-0.6.25/sftp-ssh.service
/usr/share/doc/proftpd-1.3.3e/contrib/mod_sftp.html
/usr/share/doc/proftpd-1.3.3e/contrib/mod_sftp_pam.html
/usr/share/doc/proftpd-1.3.3e/contrib/mod_sftp_sql.html
/usr/share/doc/proftpd-1.3.3e/rfc/draft-bonachea-sftp-00.txt
/usr/share/logwatch/default.conf/logfiles/vsftpd.conf
/usr/share/logwatch/default.conf/services/vsftpd.conf
/usr/share/logwatch/scripts/services/vsftpd
/usr/share/logwatch/scripts/shared/applyvsftpddate
/usr/share/man/man1/sftp.1.gz
/usr/share/man/man8/sftp-server.8.gz
