Not sure if it works,
but look in active monitor
Disk Usage -> Notification settings

	When User Exceeds Allowed Disk Space
	   Send Alert Notification Email Email User
	When Site Exceeds Allowed Disk Space
 	   Send Alert Notification Email

Its always been there
