An hour before this did not work. Not to this ip (212.6.122.235) or any
other valid mailserver ip.
Now it works and I do not know what happened. It´s not possible that all
mailservers I´ve tried have been down on Port 110 and open on 25 same time.

I have the same problem with a customer server. There I have logged all the
traffic of that server at the firewall and did not see that the server tried
to connect to a mailserver on port 110.

Are you sure POP3 is enabled there?

Because generally on SL6.1 that's no different than anywhere else:

[root at 5106r ]# telnet 5107r.smd.net 110
Trying 192.168.7.1...
Connected to 5107r.smd.net (192.168.7.1).
Escape character is '^]'.
+OK Dovecot ready.
