I just released the updates that should fix the Japanish language issues on 
5106R and 5107R.

It will probably take a few hours until the mirror in Japan picks the updated 
RPMs up. But once they're there, you can fix the issue by running these 
commands:

yum clean all
yum update
/etc/init.d/cced.init restart
