[BlueOnyx:08508] sendmail restart

Hello,

Im using blueonyx on a aventuring node server
Every time a add or remove a site in the siteadmin I need to restart
Sendmail trouwgh ssh
[root at server10 ~]# service sendmail restart
Shutting down sm-client:                                   [FAILED]
Shutting down sendmail:                                    [FAILED]
Starting sendmail:                                         [  OK  ]
Starting sm-client:                                        [  OK  ]

This is almost on every server
Any idea how to fix this
