There you already have the exact nature of the probem, Søren.

Why is the directory "site" inside the /web of that Vsite writeable by others? 
That shouldn't be the case and suPHP doesn't like it.

Just to be sure, run this command:

chmod -R 644 /home/.sites/143/site2/web/

Those permissions ought to be good enough. Unless you also have CGI scripts in 
there. In that case you want to chmod them selectively to 755.
