No, URIDNSBL and RBL are two unrelated matters.
Regular RBL just checks IPs and domains from the email routing information (in
the headers) to match them against blacklists.
SpamAssassin additionally uses the URIDNSBL plugin to check URLs from the
email body against a special blacklist. That way it can often catch these one
or two liner emails that just contain a link to some SPAM site.
Sometimes the URIDNSBL plugin just chockes when parsing message bodies. This
problem is fixed in a newer SpamAssassin version that's just in SVN yet, but
not yet released as stable. Should be fixed with the next SpamAssassin
release.
And no, these URIDNSBL errors don't have a negative impact on email deliver.
They just generate these error messages in the logfile and the mail is still
delivered.
If you have problems with the AV-SPAM, disable SpamAssassin the GUI, save the
changes and enabled it again. That will make sure you have the right
sendmail.cf in place and will restart the required services, which all in all
should resolve all issues.
