Ok, then I am not sure what it could be. I had two 5106R VPS's which showed 
the same problem. On one a simple "yum reinstall phpsysinfo" fixed the issue. 
So I re-rolled that RPM and released it again with an increased version 
number. A "yum update" installed that updated phpsysinfo on the second VPS, 
where it fixed the problem then as well.

What does "rpm -q phpsysinfo" report on your affected VPS?

Does it say: phpsysinfo-2.5.4-0BX02?
