Had the same problem

Find the solution in google

 

Look for the file (i had several )  dbm.conf

Change 

dbmopen_haslock         no

to

dbmopen_haslock         yes

 

worked for me

UPDATE

 

Logging on as admin works fine 

 

However no users can log in they get the 

Couldn't get read lock on db  when use is trying to log

 

Any ideas please

We are getting

 

 

Couldn't get read lock on db  when use is trying to log on
/home/.sites/xx/sitexx/.users/63/xxxxx/.openwebmail/db/xxxx

 

This is a new 5108r install and is happening on all users 

 

Any ideas please
