Are you sure? I just checked and my /etc/logrotate.d/apache on 5107R and 5108R
shows this for restarting Apache:
/bin/kill -HUP `cat /var/run/httpd.pid 2>/dev/null` 2> /dev/null ; /bin/kill -
HUP `cat /var/run/httpd/httpd.pid 2>/dev/null` 2> /dev/null || true
These provisions cover both 5106R as well as 5107R/5108R.
