Simply put: There isn't a CentOS-6-BlueOnyx OS template yet. Please use the 
BlueOnyx + SL-6.2 OS templates instead.

I'm already building BlueOnyx installation media in eight different forms and 
I don't want to increase that to 10.

BlueOnyx 5107R on CentOS 6.2 	ISO
BlueOnyx 5107R on SL 6.2 			ISO + OS template
