Debug didn't reveal anything.

The plot thickens. I think the issue has something to do with the ca-certs.

I have one site that works and three another that don't. All are godaddy. The
only difference is that the ca-cert of the working site was entered a long
time ago and consisted of one entry in the admin. The non-working ones list
three separate entries. All used the same gd_bundle.crt

So I deleted the three entries and tried to put them back in... now I can't
import any certs... I get an error.

"The imported file did not contain an ssl certificate. Please make sure the
correct file is being imported."

So now I have one site with broken ssl :(
